Data Plane: operations and sovereign identity

The 8 data capabilities of bra0, arranged under the two canonical sub-domains: data operations (ingestion, SPARQL, serialization, export, chunking) and sovereign identity (decentralized identifier attribution, resolution, fusion). Four shipped, one partial, three gap. Sovereign identity is the honest gap, gated on NextGraph P2P. Each card carries its real status.

The data plane holds, queries, serializes and exports the graph, all shipped; document chunking (5 quality evaluators, Blake3 lineage) is partial. Sovereign identity is the honest gap: identifier attribution, resolution and fusion are designed but not built, gated on sovereign P2P.
